Thanks for letting me join this forum! I grew up in St. Francisville, Louisiana and moved to Texas for work in 1975. I retired the end of September 2018 and began working on moving back home, which has been my plan since I was 20 years old. I've been fishing since I was walking and fishing by myself or with friends since I was 8 years old. I own a pontoon boat that's still on Lake Conroe, Texas and I will be selling it soon to buy a Bass boat for fishing in this area, now that I've finally moved back home. I've fished a lot of Bass tournaments, and have top shelf rods and reels, and a LOT of Bass fishing gear, as well as very good gear for fishing for Sac a lait. I'm looking forward to meeting new people, and old friends that I grew up with here, and doing some serious fishing!!!!! Here's a pic of an 8 lb Bass from Lake Conroe, taken about 5 years ago or so, but my personal best Bass so far is 11 lbs 4 oz. I've fished all over Texas including Sam Rayburn, Conroe, Livingston, Lake Fork, and even Falcon Lake a few times. I'm looking forward to fishing back here in my home State again!!!!
