Finally got me a stick burner after 15 years with a cheap vertical that isn't enough. My second cook on a old country Brazos I picked up for cheap. For a store bought smoker it is a chunk of steel, 1/4" all welded. Doing a brisket, jalapeno cheddar sausage, hot links and boudin for breakfast. Get your smoke on! [Linked Image]

I love my stick burner .
Once it cools off mine will be fired up constantly .

my wife cringes when I mention BBQ....................has to do with me catching a plastic trash can on fire on Sunday morning. I didnt know the coals were still hot.
