1.Lets start at EVERYONE paying and I mean EVERYONE paying $100 a month
(Get RID of Medicaid and Medicare Completely)
2. Next You are YOUNG you still are at $100 say 0 to 30 years old

3. You are 31 to 50 you pay $100 more ( Now you are in the $200 bracket) A month

4. You have weight issues say 20 lbs OVER the standard average ($50 a month increase)

5. The average overweight person pays $250 a month $500 TOTAL deductible

6. You smoke that ADDS another $50 you drink alcohol that ADDS another $50
Now you are charged $350 a month TOTAL plus $500 a year deductible

7. ADD the $50 surcharge to everyone that BUYS any cigarettes or Liquor products.
Allow the stores to COLLECT the fees on every sale in all the stores.

8. If you WORK for say $10 an hour or LESS then the Fast Food Places will
PAY a basic $50 a month Insurance Tax per employee. If you PAY employees
$15 or LESS than $10 then your employer pays $100 a month Medical Tax.

If you take into account the TOTAL costs the average person would end up
PAYING somewhere between $200 and $250 a month per person.

I am sure that critics would destroy my "Obamacare Solutions Part 1 Bill
but at least I have thought out some workable SOLUTIONS that could lead to
SOLVING the crisis we are still in.

If you receive a MONTHLY check these costs will be taken out every month.
If you are employed then the employer would report and collect your costs.

At Tax time then if there are differences then thats will it will all sort out.

Well, it's a start.
It would have to start WELL above $100 dollars ( I realize this was just an example figure) unless the government started setting prices for medical services and drugs.
I personally don't care what someone makes per hour or can "afford to pay". You want socialized medicine then everyone pays the same! If you can't pay you don't get.....natural selection at work. It's worked to improve the species since the dawn of time.
