It seems like they were way more popular 10 to 15 years ago? The young folks see how outdated they have become. Social Media has changed the way of communication.

In the last few years forums have slowed way down and it aint necessarily a bad thing. I frequent several of them and now mostly whats left is ole guys like me that have simular interest the young rude trash talkers have all moved on to Facebook or something. I like the forum format cause its more specific when I wanna talk gardening or camping or what ever I go to that kinda forum. What I notice is the more insulting elements are gone and its only real enthusiast left. Not good for forum finance but I like it
Last time I checked the TFF was still going strong but it should actually be named the North Texas Fishing Forum. The only places they ever discuss is around Dallas.
