After doing the math on the river forecast, the Red River will not be below 18 feet (on the Shreveport gauge) by May 14th...so we'll be using the alternate lake, which is BB Hosston. I just wanted to give everyone an early heads up, so you don't waste a time prefishing the river.

The ABA has decided to fish Caddo Lake and will NOT be at the Hosston Ramp on Saturday morning. There will be another small club there, several of the guys also fish with us regularly, so please extend them the same courtesy that we expect to be given by our own members in a tournament...50 yard rule for all boats, please. I will be there at 5:00am and will close down registration at 5:45am, with a "first cast" at 6:00am. It's supposed to be a nice day, so don't forget your sunscreen! I hope we get a good turnout for this one, there have been some good fish caught there lately!
