Most, if not all, of us love a good chicken fried steak. Where's your favorite place to get one?

You know, it's been years since I had a good chicken fried steak.
I even switched to chicken fried chicken because every where I ate loved cattle entirely too much and believed they should allow the cows to die of old age prior to utilizing the meat for what it was intended.

When traveling I always look for a petro truck stop. Their iron skillet restaurant makes a killer CFS and for a couple $ more ya can make it all ya can eat. There are several scattered along the interstates one comes to mind in Hammond
