I like to fish big lakes so I would lean toward a Boston Whaler but I also like to fish year round so something enclosed would be nice.

If I had $70,000 to spend for a boat, it would be a fully tricked out 22' Triton with 300 Merc, Hummingbird electronics, Powerpoles, Minn Kota trolling motor, all the gear.... b-boats are sooooooo expensive now. Then I would need another $60,000 or $70,000 for a truck... GMC 3/4 ton pickup with all the trimmings... big diesel engine... Denali trim.... the works.

Skeeter with a 250 Minn Kota TM and shallow water anchors and Lowrance electronics then if I had any money left over I would fill it up with gas.

I'd put the money on a boat house with lift system on Toledo Bend deep water cove. As to the rest of the property etc..well, I'm working on that!
The way I've got it figured if all I've got to do is get in the boat and go ( without all that trailering stuff) it would probably add 5 years to the amount of time I could fish actively.
Heck, I could just get up in the morning, put my coffee in a thermos and head out before the wife dreams up something to do.
Might even make a 2 stall boat house for bass boat and Pontoon.

I see you have established which accessories you will out fit the boat with.

I find these necessary for concentration when fishing.
